What our students do with BlockChain?

Georgi Spasov @ the BlackSeaChain conference 2018

Take a look at the presentation of Georgi Spasov. He is a student at Varna Free University and was one of the speakers of the conference BlackSeaChain.

During the BlackSeaChain, he was speaking about the "Implementing a Blockchain Wallet".

Master Thesis

Some of our students are working in companies with different use of the BlockChain Technology. Some of them are working over StartUps or developing own projects. Our vision as a Lecturers at the department of Computer Science is to challenge them to work over Master Thesis with real use. As a result, during the last year a few students worked over Master Thesis with the use of BlockChain.

BlockChain Master Project by Preslav Mihaylov

Preslav Mihaylov, a student of the department of Computer Science @VFU is talking about his project.

The master thesis is about an application that use "smart contracts" based on Ethereum and Blockchain.

BlockChain Master Project by Rossen Krumov

Rossen Krumov, student @ VFU. The master thesis is based on #BlockChain technology. The project is about an nonprofit charity organization.

Students with successful careers

aeternity team students from VFU

This are some of our really successful students. They are working at aeternity as a Developers on different levels.

Radostin Dimitrov has been working with Erlang for 2 years. He designed and implemented scalable solutions for IoT and banking software. He is interested in IoT/ Hardware, Programming/Scripting on Linux-bash, Block technology, Cryptography and Cybersecurity. He considers himself as a seeker of mathematical models, an adventurer, an experimentalist and a rebuilder (once everything has collapsed). He also believes in: Those in a hurry do not arrive. Slowly, but surely. Always do right.

Georgi Spasov is a Junior Elixir Developer with a background in software development for Android as well as with Java for IoT solutions. Even though he is still new to the blockchain scene he is very excited about working with this technology.

Artur Kratt is an Elixir Developer, currently studying the blockchain and associated technologies. Arthur believes blockchain innovation is the future of money and economics and is quickly growing his understanding of and engagement with the field.

Ivan Todorov has been working at Quanterall Ltd since 2015 as an Erlang/Elixir Back-end Developer. His main interests are in IoT and Blockchain technologies.
